Yes. We have surveillance cameras on the site but this will be entirely at your own risk.

If returned later than one hour you will be charged at the full rate of another days’ hire. If returned within the hour a £15.00 penalty will be applied. The reason for these charges is because it prevents other bookings that may have been made.

You will need a UK category B driving licence.

We’ll require your drivers summary which is obtained using the DVLA website “Share my Licence” facility. By following this online form you’ll receive a code which is valid for three weeks. You’ll need to bring a print out of this with you on the hire day. This code will be used, along with the last 8 digits of you licence number. Any endorsements will be confirmed and kept with the hire agreement. We can verify your details on your behalf by calling the DVLA premium rate number 0906 139 3837, however this is charged at 51p per minute. Please note – this should be done no more than three days’ prior to your first day of hire.

You are able to hire a van providing you have no more than six points on your licence in the last five years.

Yes, the age range for hiring one of our vans is 23-70 years old.

All of our vehicles require a deposit of £250.00, which is payable on or before the day of hire. This is refunded in full once the vehicle is returned, assuming there are no damage or refuelling costs to be deducted.

Please follow the instructions from the vehicle pack in the glove compartment.

The excess is £750.00 for drivers aged 25 to 70.
For drivers aged 23-24, there is an excess of £1,150.00.

Yes – the vehicle is limited to 62mph/100km and 50mph on single carriage and dual carriage ways. Please note that due to the speed restriction it is illegal to drive in the outside lane of a motorway.

9ft 5” – there’s a height indicator in the van.

We prefer to have Photo ID card but we can accept a valid UK passport.
